Welcome to Cashcade. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Cashcade application (the “Service”). By connecting your Instagram account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
The Service enables owners of Instagram Professional Accounts (“Creators,” “you”) to automatically send a single private reply to users who comment on their own Instagram media.
The Service connects to Instagram via the official Instagram Login and requests only the permissions necessary to operate:
• instagram_basic (access to basic account information)
• instagram_manage_comments (to read and respond to comments on your own media)
• instagram_manage_messages (to send one private reply in response to a comment)
The Service does not send unsolicited messages, does not initiate conversations, and only operates on your own Instagram content in accordance with Meta’s policies.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
• Eligibility: You must operate an Instagram Professional Account (Business or Creator) in good standing.
• Authorization: By using the Instagram OAuth flow, you authorize the Service to access the information required to operate (including your Instagram User ID, comment IDs, and media IDs) and to send one private reply per comment on your behalf.
• Compliance: You are responsible for all content you publish and for all replies sent through the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws, Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Post or transmit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or obscene content
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Introduce malware or harmful code
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access.
4. Service Availability
The Service relies on third-party platforms and APIs. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue aspects of the Service at any time.
5. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Instagram account at any time through Instagram’s “Apps and Websites” settings. When you deauthorize the Service, your access tokens and associated data will be removed from our active systems within a reasonable time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or applicable policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
